ForeScout Joins Unicorns With $76M Funding

Campbell, California-based ForeScout, which develops cybersecurity appliances, has joined the unicorn club, saying today that it has raised $76M at a valuation of $1 billion. The funding was led by Wellington Management Company LLP. ForeScout, led by Michael DeCesare, says it saw $125M in revenues in its fiscal 2015, and has a more than 50 precent compounded annual growth rate since 2012.
