AppDirect Buys Radialpoint

San Francisco-based AppDirect, a developer of a marketplace for cloud services for the enterprise, has acquired Radialpoint, a provider of cloud and technical support services. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Radialpoint focuses on small businesses and consumers, and was founded in 1997. Radialpoint has 80 employees, all of whom will join AppDirect; the company was based in Montreal, Canada. AppDirect is venture backed by J.P. Morgan Asset Management, Foundry Group, iNovia Capital, Mithril Capital Management, StarVest Partners, and Stingray Digital.
