Nlyte Acquires FieldView Solutions

Menlo Park-based Nlyte, a developer of data center energy monitoring software, has acquired New Jersey-based FieldView Solutions. Financial details of the buy were not announced. FieldView Solutions developed software for real time data center event monitoring and alarms.
