eBay Buys Cargigi

San Jose-based eBay has acquired Cargigi, a provider of an online advertising and marketing services company, the two said Tuesday afternoon, to help eBay bolster eBay Motors and tools to help automotive dealers list their items on the auction site. eBay said Cargigi's tools will replace its existing, Dealer Center.
