Guidewire Software Buys EagleEye Analytics

Foster City-based Guidewire Software said Tuesday that it has agreed to acquire EagleEye Analytics, a developer of predictive analytics software for the property and casualty insurance market. The deal was worth $42M in cash. Guidewire said it will rename EagleEye's products as Guidewire Predictive Analytics. EagleEye Analytics is based in South Carolina.
