Thoma Bravo Sells InfoVista To Apax

San Francisco-based private equity investor Thoma Bravo announced this morning that it has completed its sale of InfoVista S.A. to private equity investor Apax Partners. Financial terms of the transaction were not details. InfoVista S.A., based in Paris, offers up service performance software for IP networks and applications. InfoVista offers up its network software to the communication service provider and enterprise market.
