Reflektive Gets $13M For Talent, Performance Management

San Francisco-based Reflektive, a developer of talent and performance management tools, says it has raised $13M in a Series A funding for its platform. The funding was led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, along with Andreessen Horowitz. The company says it has now raised $17M in funding. Reflektive is looking to replace traditional, annual performance review for more ongoing performance management and real time feedback of employees. The company is led by Rajeev Behera.
