Twitter Taps BET CEO Debra Lee For Board

San Francisco-based Twitter said Monday that it has named Debra L. Lee, Chairman and CEO of BET Networks, to its board of directors. Lee has been at BET since 1986. BET, which is a media and entertainment subsidiary of Viacom, provides entertainment for an African-American audience. Lee is also on the boards of Marriott International and WGL Holdings.
