Chegg Hits 40M Students After Imagine Easy Solutions Buy

Santa Clara-based Chegg said late last week that it now is reaching over 40 million students after the acquisition of Imagine Easy Solutions, which develops such writing help services as EasyBib.com, BibMe.com and others. Financial terms of the acquisition--which occurred on May 1st--have not been announced. Chegg offers textbook rentals, online writing tools, learning resources, and more to a range of students.
