Genstar Capital Acquires Infinite RF Holdings

San Francisco-based private equity investor Genstar Capital announced this morning that it has acquired Infinite RF Holdings, a developer of radio frequency (RF) components for the aerospace/defense, industrial, government, consumer electronics, instrumentation, education/medical, and telecommunications markets. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced by the companies. Infinite RF is the parent firm of Pasternack Enterprises and Fairview Microwave.
