Google Enables Augmented Reality Phone
Google is looking to make the use of augmented reality -- the overlay of real life and virtual objects on smartphones and tablets -- a part of everyday life, with the first phone that implements its "Project Tango" technology. According to Google, it has rolled out its first, Tango-enabled phone, the Levono PHAB2 Pro, which allows its users to directly integrate digital objects on top of your surroundings. Google said the phone will allow users to interact with virtual furniture through your phone; interact with a "virtual dog"; overlap directions to destinations, and much more.
