Flexstar Technology, Tanisys Technology Merge To Become Neosem

San Jose-based Neosem Technology, a developer of solid state drive (SSD) testing equipment, said Friday that the company has merged together Flexstar Technology and Tanisys Technology under a single company, Neosem Technology. Neosem said the acquisition of Tanisys was in 2007, and Flextar in October of 2015. Neosem's parent company is in Korea.
