iiWisdom Acquired By Institutional Shareholder Services

San Francisco-based iiWisdom, a developer of software used for interactive browsing of proxy statements from publicly traded companies, has been acquired by Institutional Shareholder Services, according to the companies. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. iiWisdom was founded by David Weil. ISS provides software and services to help asset owners, asset managers, hedge funds, and asset service providers with proxy research, voting recommendations, and other related services.
