Nutanix Acquires PernixData, Calm.io

San Jose-based storage product developer Nutanix disclosed via an amended S-1 filing that it has acquired two companies, PernixData and Calm.io. Financial details of the acquisitions were not announced. PernixData is a provider of flash-based data, and is based in San Jose. Calm.io is based in India, and developes data center automation products.
