Vector Capital Sells Gerber Technology

San Francisco-based private equity investor Vector Capital said this week that it has sold Gerber Technology, which develops software and technology for automated production of flexible materials, to American Industrial Partners. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Gerber Technology is based in Tolland, CT. Vector Capital took Gerber Technology private in 2011.
