San Francisco-based Zetta Venture Partners said on Tuesday that it has closed on its second fund, worth $100M, which is focused on enterprise software. The firm--which is managed by Mark Gorenberg and Ash Fontana--said the new fund brings its total assets under management to $160M. As part of the new fund, Josh James, cofounder of Omniture and founder of Domo, along with Jeff Kearl, the founder of Stance, have both joined as Venture Partners.
