Adobe Completes TubeMogul Acquisition
San Jose-based Adobe said this week that it has completed its acquisition of video advertising company TubeMogul. Adobe had said in November that it would pay $540M for TubeMogul. Adobe said the acquisition helps its create the industry's first end-to-end independent advertising and data management solution which spans both traditional TV and digital formats. TubeMogul will be integrated into Adobe Audience Manager, according to the company.
