Eventbrite Buys Ticketscript

San Francisco-based Eventbrite, which provides ticketing and event management technology, has acquired European self-service ticketing provider Ticketscript. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Ticketscript was founded in 2006, and is based in Amsterdam. Franks Jonker, the CEO of Ticketscript, becomes Eventbrite's GM for Continental Europe as part of the buy.
