MobiTV Gets $21M

Emeryville, California-based MobiTV, a developer of software which helps cable operators delivery pay-per-view to mobile devices, the Internet, in addition to set-top boxes, has raised $21M in a funding round. The funding came from Oak Investment Partners and Ally Corporate Finance. MobiTV's CEO is Charlie Nooney.
