MuleSoft Sets Estimated IPO Pricing Range

San Francisco-based MuleSoft has set its estimated IPO pricing range, saying this morning in a filing that it now expects to offer 13,000,000 shares of its common stock at between $12.00 and $14.00 per share. The company has applied to list as MULE on the New York Stock Exchange. MuleSoft provides a platform that helps companies manage their use of third party APIs and software in web apps. The company is venture backed by Lightspeed Venture Partners, Hummer Winblad, New Enterprise Associates, Morgenthaler Partners, Sapphire Ventures, Bay Partners, along with others.
