AliveCor Raises $30M For Mobile EKGs
Mountain View-based AliveCor, a developer of mobile EKG technology which lets doctors monitor their patients for heart issues remotely, has raised $30M in a new funding round. The funding came from Omron Healthcare and Mayo Clinic, along with its existing investors. The company, led by CEO Vic Gundotra, develops products that use mobile EKG technology and artificial intelligence to monitor patients for atrial fibrillation.
