HotelTonight Finds $37M More

San Francisco-based HotelTonight, which develops a last minute, hotel room booking app, has raised $37M in a Series E funding, the company disclosed today. The funding was led by Accel Partners, and also included Battery Ventures, US Venture Partners, GGV Capital, Coatue Management and First Round Capital. The funding reportedly values HotelTonight at more than $500M, according to multiple reports.
