PandaDoc Picks Up $15M For Sales Management Tools

San Francisco-based PandaDoc, a developer of cloud-based software for managing sales teams, sales quoting, and deal management, has raised $15M in a Series B funding. The funding was led by Rembrandt Venture Partners, and also included Microsoft Ventures, HubSpot, EBRD, and Altos Ventures. Mikita Mikado is CEO of PandaDoc. The company was previously known as QuoteRoller.
