Facebook Acquires Source3

Mountain View-based Facebook has acquired New York-based Source3, Source3 said on Monday, to help bolster Facebook's intellectual property in the area of user-generated content. Source3 is a developer of tools used to flag unauthorized content uploaded to Facebook. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
