Francisco Partners Sells R2Net

San Francisco-based private equity investor Francisco Partners announced this morning that it has sold portfolio company R2Net, to Signet Jewelers. Financial details of the sale were not announced. R2Net owns online jewelry brands JamesAllen.com and Segoma Imaging Technologies. R2Net was run by CEO Oded Edelman. R2Net and Francisco Partners was advised by Meitar Liquornik Geva Leshem Tal in the sale; Signet was advised by J.P. Morgan Securities LLC along with Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
