TalkIQ Finds $14M In Series A Funding

San Francisco-based TalkIQ has raised $14M in a Series A funding round, the company said today. The funding was led by Scale Venture Partners, and also included Aspect Ventures, Danhua Capital, Felicis Ventures, LINE Corp and Salesforce Ventures. TalkIQ develops predictive analytics software which analyzes customer support and service calls. The Salesforce Ventures funding came from the new Salesforce AI Innovation Fund, also announced today. Dan O'Connell is CEO of TalkIQ.
