Buildup Finds $7M For Construction Software

Palo Alto-based Buildup, a developer of software to manage construction job sites, has raised $7M in a Series A funding, the company disclosed on Tuesday. The funding came from TLV Partners, UpWest Labs, 01 Ventures, and Abstract Ventures, along with angels. The company--which is still in "invite only" mode--develops a field construction app which helps personnel manage their projects, document issues, assign tasks, share blueprints, and provide a dashboard of project status, among other functions.
