Perforce Software Acquired By Clearlake Capital

Perforce Software, which has offices in Alameda, has been acquired by private equity investor Clearlake Capital. Perforce, which develops version control software used by software teams, was previously owned by another private equity investor, Summit Partners. Financial details of the deal were not announced. Perforce will continue to be led by current CEO Janet Dryer, along with COO Mark Ties.
