Mattermark Acquired By FullContact

Denver-based FullContact said on Thursday that it has acquired San Francisco-based Mattermark, which provides information about companies and their key personnel. Financial terms of the buy were not announced. According to FullContact, the acquisition will add four million companies and over 20 million more contacdts to its platform. Mattermark's former CEO, Danielle Morrill, has become Vice President of Product at FullContact. A leaked document, from a disgruntled Mattermark employee in December, said that the acquisition was worth than $1M. Mattermark was backed by Andreessen Horowitz, NEA, 500 Startups, Foundry Group and Sherpa Capital.
