Report: PowerSchool Up For Sale

Folsom-based PowerSchool, a developer of student management software for the education market, is reportedly up for sale, according to a report from Reuters. According to the report, the private equity owner of PowerSchool, Vista Equity Partners, is looking for a buyer for both PowerSchool and another one of its portfolio companies, PeopleAdmin, a developer of talent management software.
