Snowflake Computing Snags $263M Funding Round

San Mateo-based Snowflake Computing, which develops a cloud-based data warehouse, disclosed Thursday that it has raised $263M in a funding round. The funding came from Sequoia Capital, along with Iconiq Capital, Altimeter Capital, Capital One Growth Ventures, Madrona Venture Group, Redpoint Ventures, Sutter Hill Ventures and Wing Ventures. The funding reportedly values the company at $1.5 billion. More information »
