Sun Basket Picks Up $57.8M

San Francisco-based healthy meal kit service Sun Basket has raised $57.8M in new funding, made up of $42.8M in a Series D equity funding round, plus $15M in debt. The equity funding was led by August Capital, and also included Sapphire Ventures, Accolade Partners, Founders Circle, Rembrandt Venture Partners, Vulcan Capital, Relevance Capital, Unilever Ventures, and Correlation Ventures. August Capital's Tripp Jones joins the company's board as part of the funding. The $15M debt funding came from Trinity Capital Investment. More information »
