MovieLaLa Acquired By Gyfcat

San Francisco-based MovieLaLa, which had operated a social network for movie fans, has been acquired by user generated GIF site Gfycat. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. As a result of the acquisition, Gyfcat has redirected all of MovieLaLa's website to is pages. MovieLaLa had been founded by Dana Loberg and Sahin Boydas.
