Duetto Adds $80M For Hotel Pricing Engine

San Francisco-based Duetto, which develops pricing software for the hospitality industry, said this morning that it has raised $80M in its Series D funding round. The funding was led by Warburg Pincus. Duetto's other investors are Icon Ventures, Accel Partners, Battery Ventures and Spectrum 28. According to the company, the funding will go towards product growth and global expansion. Duetto was founded by CEO Patrick Bosworth, Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer Marco Benvenuti and Chief Technology Officer Craig Weissman, the former CTO at Salesforce.com. More information »
