Varian Buys Evinance Innovation

Palo Alto-based Varian said on Thursday that it has acquired Evinance Innovation, a privately held developer of clinical decision support software. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Evinance Innovation was based in Montreal, Canada. According to Varian, the acquisition will help it expand its 360 Oncology care management software.
