TIBCO Software Buys Scribe Software

Palo Alto-based TIBCO Software said this week that it has acquired Scribe Software, a developer of cloud-based integration software, used to connect software-as-a-service applications. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Scribe Software was based in Manchester, NH.
