SurveyMonkey Files Confidential Draft For Proposed IPO

San Mateo-based SurveyMonkey said on Monday that it has filed a confidential submission of a draft registration statement for a proposed Initial Public Offering (IPO) with the SEC. Details on the IPO, and contents of that registration statement were not made public. According to SurveyMonkey, the number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. SurveyMonkey did not say when it expects to make the filing available to the public, only saying that it expects its initial public offering to commence after the SEC completes its review process.
