Facebook Acquires Technology, Team From Vidpresso

Facebook said on Monday afternoon that it has acquired the team and technology--but not the company itself--from Vidpresso. Vidpresso develops software to make video more interactive for broadcasters. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced.
