Egnyte Gains $75M

Mountain View-based Egnyte, which develops content collaboration software, announced that it has raised $75M in a growth funding round from Goldman Sachs today. Egnyte said the funding is the first capital it has raised since December of 2013. Egynyte develops content management systems, which it says are used by such brands as Arista, Balfour Beatty, BuzzFeed, Nasdaq, Red Bull, Yamaha, and others. Vineet Jain is CEO and co-founder of Egnyte. Egnyte has now raised $132.5M in total. More information »
