TCV Backs RELEX Solutions

Menlo Park-based private equity investor TCV has made a $200M investment in RELEX Solutions, a developer of retail business planning software. According to RELEX, the minority investment in the company will go towards growth efforts. RELEX Solutions founders Mikko Kärkkäinen, Johanna Småros and Michael Falck will remain "significant" shareholders, and continue in their management roles. RELEX also says that existing investor Summit Partners will continue to both retain an equity stake and a board seat. More information »
