Lyft Files For IPO
San Francisco-based Lyft filed for an IPO on Monday, saying in a filing that it is looking to more than $2.4 billion in a public offering on the Nasdaq Global Select Market as LYFT. According to Lyft, it is currently estimating an IPO price of between $62.00 and $68.00 per share. The IPO's underwriters include by J.P. Morgan, Credit Suisse, Jeffires, UBS Investment Bank, Stifel, RBC Capital Markets, KeyBanc Capital Markets, along with many others; the company's biggest investors are Rakuten Europe, General Motors Holdings, Fidelity, Andreessen Horowitz, and Alphabet Inc.
