Taleo Buys Jobflash

Dublin, California-based Taleo has acquired Fremont-based JobFlash, in an asset deal worth $3M, the firm said this week. The transacation is expected to close in the first quarter. JobFlash is a provider of multilingual interactive voice response and job scheduling services.
