Terriblyclever Design Acquired By Blackboard

Washington, D.C.-based Blackboard, a developer of educational technology and software, has acquired San Francisco-based Terriblyclever Design, a developer of education applications for the iPhone. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Terriblyclever was started by a group of students who were working on iPhone applications for Stanford University's campus.
