Thoma Bravo Acquires Nintex

San Francisco-based private equity investor Thoma Bravo said this morning that it has completed its majority investment in Nintex, a developer of workflow and content automation software. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Nintex had been owned by TA Associates, which continues to hold a minority stake in the company.
