Tibion Corp Lands $10.175M
Sunnyvale-based Tibion Corp., a developer of bionic legs for stroke victims, said yesterday that it has raised $10.175M in a new funding round. The funding was led by Three Arch Partners and Hambrecht & Quist Capital Management. As part of the funding, Randy Lindholm has been named chairman of the board; Lindholm has been chairman, president, and CEO of VidaMed, which was acquired by Medtronics; Conrad Wang of Three Arch and Daniel Olmstead of H&Q will also join the board.
