TrellisSoft Buys Vuevent

San Jose-based TrellisSoft, a developer of software for business intelligence, has acquired Austin, Texas-based Vuevent. Financial details of the buy were not announced. Vuevent was backed by $1.4M in seed funding from Inizio Capital and angels. Vuevent develops event application and marketing software.
