Trianz Acquires IT Services Firm

Santa Clara-based Trianz Inc, a provider of IT consulting and business process outsourcing, said this morning that it has acquired Megasoft Consultants, the IT services usbsidiary of Megasoft Limited. Trianz said it is acquiring Megasoft's brand name of Blue Ally. Both firms serve the high tech, insurance, banking, communications, and manufacturing/retail industries with management consulting, IT services, and BPO services. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
