True Wind Capital Acquires ARI

San Francisco-based private equity investor True Wind Capital has completed an acquisition of Milwaukee-based ARI Network Services. The deal was worth approximately $140M, or $7.10 per shares of publicly held ARI. ARI will no longer trade on the NASDAQ as a result of the acquisition. ARI was advised by KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc. and Houlihan Lokey, along with Godfrey & Kahn S.C. True Wind was advised by Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
