Uversity Acquired By TargetX

San Francisco-based Uversity, a provider of mobile and enrollment analytics for university and higher education clients, has been acquired by Pennsylvania-based TargetX, TargetX said Wednesday. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Uversity develops analytics tools to help schools better predict enrollment of incoming students. Uversity had raised funding from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Learn Capital, and Retro Venture Partners.
