W2O Group Buys VinTank

San Francisco-based W2O Group said this morning that it has acquired customer relationship management and social engagement software developer VinTank. Financial terms of the buy were not announced. VinTank services the winery and small business market, and was based in Napa; the company was founded by Paul Mabray and James Jory. W2O Group is led by Jim Weiss.
